Last week we had TWO birthdays in our household. Because I am frugal and a mega procrastinator, we don’t typically exchange birthday cards in our family. I also like to think of it as “being green” to make myself feel better about the other/real reasons. But this year I decided to step things up a little and I wanted to make sure both boys had birthday cards to give my husband. His birthday is two days before my son’s and gets very little attention. (Sorry, babe!) I showed the boys a bunch of printable cards on Pinterest but they weren’t in love. One son wanted a Minecraft-themed card (shocked I could not find one!) and the other wanted a soccer-themed card. That is when it dawned on me: I created a Minecraft valentine card for the boys to give their classmates back in February. Score! Just a little quick editing, and voila! I’m sure we could have found a soccer card at CVS but I wasn’t so sure about Minecraft so I thought I would share my printable Minecraft birthday card here with all of the fellow Minecraft mamas (and papas) who find themselves in a similar situation. Enjoy! XO
